Your first visit to a new dentist can be full of unknowns. What will the team be like? Will I have time to ask questions? What will happen during my first appointment? For patients who find a trip to the dentist a particularly anxious experience, this can be an even more stressful time. We understand what it is like being new, so we work incredibly hard to make every step as easy as possible for you.
As a new patient, you will have an extended appointment time booked for you.
This means you’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions, discuss your oral health, and share your smile goals in a relaxed environment without any time pressures.
We will never rush you and you will always have enough time to speak to our team and get to know us and our practice in order to help you feel safe, relaxed and comfortable during ever visit.
Be prepared for the examination to last up to 40 minutes.
We like to make sure we give you more than enough time to discuss anything you need to, and get to know us better.

We also offer you an option to speak to our Treatment Coordinator during a free consultation before and/or after your new patient examination.
These consultations give you an opportunity to visit the practice beforehand, ask more questions about a treatment and discuss our payment options.
After your first visit, we usually recommend you come in to see us for a thorough examination once or twice a year, depending on your individual requirements.
We would also recommend these appointments are combined with regular hygiene therapy sessions.

Initial consultations for cosmetic dental treatments such as Invisalign or dental implants are completely free.
